Paul Vazquez is the head women’s soccer coach at New England College and is also a Hillsboro parent with sons who are 13 and 7 years old. He too is thrilled to bring a better type of camp/clinic environment for young players in this area utilizing many of the college players.
Summary:
The “1st Week of Summer” day camp is meant to offer young children the chance to be exposed to quality coaching and a fun soccer curriculum. Directors Dave and Paul implement many of their college players to help teach the game in a positive, fun, team-oriented environment. No one else in the area can offer the ratio of staff to campers that we can boast. We want all children of all ages and abilities to enjoy the beautiful game, thrive on teamwork and competition, and continue to learn and develop their individual skills. Everyone will enjoy all aspects of the camp, and there will be groupings and offerings for both beginners and advanced campers. We have access to cooler indoor facilities at NEC for lunch and in cases of poor weather as well.
